Grinnell College CEQ Building, Grinnell

This project is slated to be completed in 2024 with the initial plans for the four-story CEQ including 125,000 square feet of living, programming, and civic engagement spaces.

Jefferson Intermediate, Pella Community School District

The Forrest & Associate crew began the expansion in October of 2023. The project will include the construction of additional classrooms, cafeteria expansion, and larger classrooms for music, art, and family consumer science classes.

Triumph Park, Waukee

Forrest & Associate employees spent over 8,600 hours on new construction at Waukee’s Triumph Park. The park is a 66-acre sports complex adjacent to Waukee’s Northwest High School and features softball/baseball fields, practice areas, batting cages, and concessions. The park also includes a fishing pier, large water feature, Miracle League field, and other amenities.

When Windsor Heights did extensive work to University Avenue in 2021, Forrest & Associate partnered with the city to build attractive and eye-catching street signs.

Forrest & Associate masons are adept at reconstruction and repairs, and the Arena is another Des Moines landmark where our masons blend the new with the old for a seamless result. Forrest & Associate was proud to be part of the project team, erecting the new arena that houses many important events for our community.

Dedicated in 1927, the Basilica has been a part of the Des Moines landscape for over 96 years. Team Forrest has provided maintenance and restoration to this historic structure on several occasions.

In 1939, Central Presbyterian church moved to its current location at 39th and Grand. The limestone English abbey-style building requires maintenance and restoration from time to time, and Team Forrest is pleased to provide these services to local historical structures.

In 2021, the south campus of UnityPoint began to undergo significant expansion. The addition of a new hospital and clinics were included in the expansion. Forrest & Associate crews spent almost 1,400 hours providing masonry for the upgraded campus.

When 3750 Grand underwent reconstruction, including a “face lift”, Forrest and Associate crews were there to install block, brick, and stone for an attractive finish.

Ongoing renovations keep buildings strong and beautiful. Completed in 1972, the Harmon Fine Arts Center remains a noteworthy building on the Drake campus. Forrest & Associate is always pleased to provide masonry services for these fine buildings.

Grand Trees Apartments, Des Moines

Constructed in 1923, Grand Trees is another example of historic landscape in the city of Des Moines. In 2021, a development team began a reconstruction project on the three apartment buildings. Forrest & Associate joined the reconstruction team performing extensive exterior renovations to the three buildings.
